Ingredients | Ayam Cemani Meat Price½ cup olive oil¼ cup soy sauce¼ cup Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoons prepared mustard⅔ cup lemon juicesalt and pepper to tastegarlic powder to taste1 dash onion powderDirectionsUse a flat container large enough to hold meat in a single layer. Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
